Lazy Fair
Blending soulful intimacy with danceable grooves, Lazy Fair is a fresh face in Portland’s music scene. Drawing from soul, pop, funk, R&B, jazz, and rock, the band balances emotionally rich songwriting with playful experimentation, unafraid to surprise audiences with unexpected turns, bold harmonies, and deep-pocket rhythms. Their live sets fill local spaces with warmth, movement, and a steady side-to-side sway.
Originally brought together through the PDX Songwriters Guild, Lazy Fair quickly found a chemistry that felt undeniable. Best heard with the windows down on a sunny afternoon or packed into a room full of people moving to the groove, the band pairs soulful vocals, floaty guitar lines, lush keys, and groove-heavy rhythms into a sound that slips effortlessly into the pocket.
